We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
**Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.**

Bear Flag Fish Co is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the return amount. All sales, promotional, and discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Products purchased online may not be returned or exchanged at any of our restaurant locations.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
*Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.*
Shipping is smooth! We do our best to get your items in your hands as soon as possible. Your order will typically ship 1 to 4 days after purchase (with exception to holiday shopping weekends). Depending on where you live, the arrival of your product can vary. When we put your order in the mail, you will receive a USPS tracking number - Contact us if you notice any problems.
Shipping weights are determined by the United States Postal Service and are based on the weight of the package.
Bear Flag Fish Co is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages that are returned to sender via the USPS.
A few common things we see:
1) Customers enter the wrong address —This is a no fun for everyone so please double check. Your order is likely to get returned to us if the wrong address is entered at checkout and we cannot be responsible for reshipment charges.
2) Your package doesn't arrive in the time specified on the website. Our primary shipping carriers do not guarantee their shipping dates and we cannot guarantee them either.

If you are placing an international order, your package may come in contact with Customs. We don't have any control over how long your package is in Customs, nor do we have any control over Customs charges. Customers are responsible for all Customs charges.
